AND FINALLY the coronavirus has become a global challenge ... that humanity has not yet met. People were seized by fear, confusion, depression ... all this led to a turning point in human consciousness ... People of art at all times most acutely and deeply perceived and reacted to such changes, reflecting this in their work. Therefore, the "Blue Cup" Photo Club'' & International Freelance Photographers Organization (IFPO) announces the holding of an International photography contest that reflects current events in the world, called " Change of Mind 2021". Everyone who loves photography is invited to participate in the competition - people who are not indifferent and have an active life position. The photographs submitted for the competition should have meaning and content, a special view of the author, reflect how the life and activities of society in various spheres are changing, and the reaction to events. The terms of the competition are from 1.11.2021 to 30.12.2021. The last day for accepting photos is 30.12.2021. Photos must meet the following requirements:
1.jpg / .jpeg format, (TIF, RAW are not accepted)
2.size max. 2600 pixels on the long side, saved in high quality.
3. Adobe RGB or SRGB profile.
4. indicate all the necessary information about the picture: date of creation, place, country, topic, description under the photo after uploading on the site (a short comment about the plot).
Rules
1. The "Change of Mind 2021" competition is open to all photographers and amateurs from all over the world.
2. The application must include the participant's personal and professional data, contact details.
3. Participation in the competition for authors is free.
4. Before taking part in the competition, you must familiarize yourself with the rules of participation and accept the declaration.
5. The same image can be submitted to the competition only once, as a single photo, or as part of a story / series. Images submitted more than once cannot be accepted.
6. Images with added frames, backgrounds or other effects will not be accepted. The image must not include the name of the photographer, agency or publication (this information may be included in the image metadata, but should not be visible on the image itself).
7.the awarding of diplomas and medals will compensate for the postage costs of sending their awards
Submission of applications
1. Only by registering and uploading a photo on the website.
2. The deadline for registration and submission of materials ends 30.12. 2021 at 23.59 CET.
3. After summing up the results of the competition, all winners will be notified of the results.
4. All materials that were not selected by the jury will be removed.
5. The conditions stated in the rules of participation and in the declaration are binding.
6. "Change of Mind 2021" hopes that all participants will act in accordance with the guiding principles of ethical conduct

I guarantee that no third party can claim or object to the publication / reproduction / display of these photographic materials.
This material does not violate applicable laws, copyright laws, or other related rights laws.
If my material is selected "Change of Mind" in 2021, I give permission to "Change of Mind 2021" for its unrestricted use within the framework of "Change of Mind 2021" activities, in all media, including the Internet, exhibitions, yearbooks and all promotional events for "Change of Mind 2021", without requiring any remuneration.
I give permission to "Change of Mind 2021" to use materials in online archives, demonstrations of the results of previous competitions for an indefinite period and without any remuneration, with the obligatory indication of authorship.
